RED CREESCENT VISIT TO SARWARAN

On Tuesday, February 19, 2019, the Red Crescent visited Sarwaran International School, a SABIS^® PPP school in Kurdistan.

The Red Crescent Movement is an international humanitarian movement which was founded to protect human life and health, to ensure respect for all human beings, and to prevent and alleviate human suffering. Students were presented with a lecture on infectious diseases, physical activity, and health and food. After the talk the students had the opportunity to ask questions and to take pictures with the red crescent team.

The purpose of the visit was to encourage students to eat healthy food, maintain their health, and prevent diseases. “Our students learned a lot,” said a teacher.
