Sarwaran SLO^® Prefects Welcome New Students

On November 9, 2017, students in KG 2 to Grade 6 in in Sarwaran International School, a SABIS^® PPP school in Kurdistan, made the extra effort to welcome new students to the school.

At the event, new students were celebrated and welcomed by the SABIS Student Life Organization^® (SLO^®) Outreach Department. The prefects prepared posters that were hung around the school, as well as balloons. They also prepared certificates for each of the new students and together they all shared some cake.

The purpose of the activity was to help new students feel welcome and a part of the school community. “I felt like I always went to this school,” shared a new student.
