SARWARAN STUDENTS PERFORM IN ANNUAL SPRING CONCERT

On April 11, 2019, students in the lower grades at Sarwaran International School, a SABIS^® PPP school in Kurdistan, performed their annual Spring Concert.

This year, the Spring Concert theme was Life is a rainbow; Staying ahead, and all student performances were related to this theme. The students happily performed songs in both English and Kurdish for their parents and members of the Kurdish community.

The purpose of these concerts is to teach students the skills they need to confidently perform on stage, and to be comfortable in doing so. It is also a fun way to celebrate the students and all their hard work. “I really enjoyed the concert and seeing my child and his friends on stage was wonderful, we are thankful for all the wonderful teachers,” said a parent.
