Students Paint Tires to Beautify School

Grade 5 and Grade 8 students at Sarwaran International School, a SABIS^® PPP school, painted tires to beautify their school on October 22, 2015.

On the first day of the activity, the teachers mixed some colors and prepared the paint. Then, during the students’ SABIS Student Life Organization^® (SLO^®) period, they painted the tires all different colors. The very next day, when the paint was dried, flowers were planted inside the repurposed tires.

Having this event helped the students learn how to work together as a team, as well as get to know their fellow classmates better. “I enjoyed painting the tires. It was fun to help decorate our school,” a student said. Overall, the students had an enjoyable experience.
