On June 2, 2012, the Sarwaran International School held its third annual Upper Primary Spring Concert at Peshawa Hall under the theme of “values and virtues” and involved students from grades 2, 3, and 4.

The concert started with the Kurdish National Anthem performed by Gr.2C. This performance was followed by a speech from the school director and an address by the KRG Minister of Martyrs, Mr. Aram Ahmad.

The concert program was rich with songs and performances that supported the theme of the concert. These included the following: SLO® Presentation / Your World at a Glance / Hello Friend / Believe in Yourself / Arabic Song (???) / The Thankful Song / Mind Your Manners / Glad I Am Just me / What is a Mother / I Tell The Truth / I Didn’t Stop / Pitter Patter (Musical Play) / I have a dream (Musical Play) / Kurdish Song (???? ???? ?????????) / Kurdish Dance.

“I can see now the difference between a SABIS® school and the other schools. The students are not only learning academics but also learning how to follow society’s values and develop virtues,” commented one of the parents after the concert.
